by Amanda on March 25, 2023: For this price, I am extremely disappointed. First, this item was almost a month late. Then, we paid for assembly, and the delivery guy left on the pads in the back, so the whole thing was precariously tipping forward. My husband had to disassemble the whole thing and take off the pads. Finally, either the delivery guy didn’t leave them or—I find it hard to believe—this furniture didn’t come with the caps to the pre drilled holes for the adjustable shelving, so there’s literally dozens of holes visible. I will never ever buy from this company again.

I had measured very carefully, but was concerned that the bookcases I wanted to order would not fit. The staff who took my order were very helpful and accommodating. The two gentlemen to delivered the bookcases were respectful of me and my house, and very careful in moving of the bookcases, and very competent in their installation. The bookcases themselves look awesome. They actually are not the bookcases I ordered (but very, very similar), and perhaps look better than what I was expecting. We are extremely satisfied and will shop here again, and recommend to others.

What are the interior dimensions (LxWxH) of the base cabinet for the 32" bookcase? Asked by Julia

Thank you for your inquiry. The dimensions for the base cabinet are 30 ½ x 11 ¼ x 26 ½ - one adjustable shelf. 5 holes for adjustable shelf. Bottom to first is 10 ¼- holes are 1 ½” apart.

Thank you for your inquiry. The Set Includes: 1 x Catalina 56 Inch TV Console and 1 x Catalina 56 Inch Bookcase TV Hutch. This is a modular entertainment wall and allows you to add any pieces that you choose beyond the default configuration. If you do not want the TV console and hutch you can use SKU: CAT-420-bkcs-wall, which is just the modular bookcase.

Thank you for your inquiry. The Catalina can fit any TV that measures no greater than these dimensions 55 W x 16 D x 18.75-32.75 H The height is capable of 14 different positions in 1" increments.

Do you offer covers for all of the holes that are visible? I see the adjustable shelf areas still show holes on the website. Wondering I you have little caps that can be purchased. Asked by Ker

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not sell caps to cover the adjustment holes for the shelves. You could try going to a crafts store and purchase dow rods and cut down to size and paint.

Is there a back board or mat behind the unit? If so, can we choose not to use/install it so that the background is the wall? Asked by Duke

Thank you for your inquiry. There is a backboard than be swapped for either white or grey. You could remove the back panel but it will diminish the structural integrity.

Thank you for your inquiry. The shelves, such as the 22" or 32" are all one piece. The TV stand will come in two pieces which consists of the TV console and the hutch. The back panel on the hutch, console, and shelves is reversible to either grey or white.

Please be advised that this piece is a modular shelving item that is composed of smaller individual bookcases and shelving that may be sold separately.
It looks like the shelf directly above the TV is adjustable (on the bookcase TV hutch), but can it be completely removed to create a taller space above the console piece (taller than 32.75")? Asked by Nate
