  • I just bought a living room and bed room set from a local retailer. Can I purchase this warranty from you and have it cover something I have already bought else ware but not yet had delivered? Asked by John
    Hello John, Thank you for your inquiry. The Montage 5-Year Premium Protection Plan must be purchased from the same store that you purchase your items. We can include this plan with any item we sell but we cannot cover items sold through another retailer.

    Our cat urinated on our couch and we are replacing it. If this were to happen again with the new couch, would this plan cover it? The description states: "You own one or more of the following: pens, popsicles or pets. Most MFS protection plans cover ink, food and beverages and pet bodily fluids - refer to your plan for specific coverage details"; however, I have not yet purchased the plan to review the specific details. I'd like to know the answer of this specific coverage prior to purchase. She (our cat) is housebroken and fixed and this was certainly abnormal behavior from her.     Hello Elizabeth, thank you for your inquiry. The Montage 5-Year Premium Protection Plan will protect from only 1 type of pet damage, urination. If your animal was to urinate on your item then the item would either be reupholstered or replaced completely depending on item availability and location of damage.

  • I purchase a sofa from Ashley and also purchased your Montage warranty. The sofa material failed, (known defect with material), Ashley cannot repair or replace the sofa. Since i purchased the warranty with MFS why is Ashley issuing a store credit? Problem is the store prices are 40% higher and online stores for the same merchandise. I'm now stuck with store credit and have to pay an addtional $2,800 so i can get a new sofa and loveseat. Why did Ashley give store credit if the warranty is with MFS? Asked by M Traylor

    Thank you for contacting Furniture Cart.  The Montage 5-Year Premium Protection Plan only covers furniture at the address where the furniture was purchased for.  If you move, the furniture is not covered under this plan.

  • I have a Premium Combination 5 yr Protection Plan #125289. I purchased this from JR Furniture in 9/20/2010 and never used the service. I was told if a claim was not processed a refund or store credit of the purchase price would be provided. Please advise. Ryan Asked by Ryan Orme

  • I purchase you plan 5 years ago never used it. I was told if not used there would be a refund. Protection plan #PMCTA12072685X &PMCTA12072675X PLAN WAS PURCHASED ON 5/14/2012. Asked by Brenda Harris

    Thank you for your inquiry.  The Montage 5-Year Premium Protection Plan does not cover damage caused by beak, claw, or teeth, but it does cover any pet bodily fluids.
