- Previous review is totally accurate. I was scammed as well. They make it impossible to make a claim, are very rude and take at least a week in between emails to reply to you. Do not fall for this scam!!

- This is a scam, do not waste your money on this company that all it dose it takes your money and when you need to submit a claim they ask you for a 1000000+ things In order to make it impossible to file a claim, and then when the 5yrs are up is nearly impossible to get a hold of them , the # they have listed in here is not even a good working #, try it, you'll see.

We can include this plan with any item we sell but we cannot cover items sold through another retailer.

Our cat urinated on our couch and we are replacing it. If this were to happen again with the new couch, would this plan cover it? The description states: "You own one or more of the following: pens, popsicles or pets. - I purchase a sofa from Ashley and also purchased your Montage warranty. The sofa material failed, (known defect with material), Ashley cannot repair or replace the sofa. Since i purchased the warranty with MFS why is Ashley issuing a store credit? Problem is the store prices are 40% higher and online stores for the same merchandise.
