Sturdy set. Only complaint is the grooves in the kitchen table and benches trap everything! It’s very hard to keep clean. I don’t recommend if you have little kids who get crumbs everywhere.

The headboard and footboard are beautiful. The end tables are beautiful as well. However, the side ride rails arrived with a large glob of stain on them. In addition, the side rails are a veneer wood and very cheap looking. It is a shame because the set is so beautiful except for the side rails.

Anyhow, got it yesterday - It is nothing less than AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! :0) I was worried about quality - it's heavy duty and will last forever - all of it! This unit is beautiful! If you don’t mind the wait (took about 6-7 weeks to leave the manufacture), then this unit is totally work it. Very well constructed and feels very solid. I appreciated how each item was individually packaged, which made it easy to move and arrange. My only negative is that curb side really does mean curbside, and this unit is HEAVY. My recommendation is to be ready with someone waiting to help you when it’s delivered (they will call and schedule so you’re not guessing), or pay a professional to move and unbox it. There’s no assembly required, but getting everything out of the boxes was difficult due to the weight. But other than that, no complaints about the unit or company!

We saw this Rawcliffe at the Ashley store, loved it and immediately went online to scope out what’s available. I was delighted to find it online at FurnitureCart at a much lower price point and went with them because of the price, customer service and their website seemed more trustworthy than their competitors. We ordered the sectional sofa with ottoman on Jan 6th, it was supposed to ship in 6-10 weeks but it ended up shipping 5 months later on May 27th and it arrived to our house on June 23rd. I called every month to check the status and the reps were professional and helpful. Although it was the craziest wait ever and a bit frustrating, it was worth the wait and worth every penny. It’s very plush, very sturdy and just a gorgeous piece of furniture. It’s also massive so make sure you measure. Btw, the only thing that went wrong with our delivery is that the ottoman was supposed to come with “feet” but were missing, see picture. Other than that, it’s one of the best purchases ever. It’s so comfy, and we’ve gotten so many compliments from friends and family, they won’t want to get off it!

Very nice piece; well made and lots of storage. . Would have rated it a five but I have no idea why the power station is unreachable and the cord openings are not on the shelf where you would put a computer. So confusing.
