Hughes Furniture is proudly bringing the comfort of Serta to Americas living rooms. Committed to quality in every step of the manufacturing process, Hughes Furniture manufacture begins with milling and drying the hardwoods at our Asheboro, North Carolina lumberyard facility to ensure that the frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of the Randleman, North Carolina frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts are built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at one of two nearby foam processing plants. Fabric, used for furniture, is sourced from around the world and selected for its quality, style, and value, and stored in the climate-controlled fabric warehouse before applied to create the finished piece of upholstered furniture.
