Good experience overall. I made a mistake ordering twice as many chairs as I needed, and the customer service rep called me to verify it and corrected the order. I stumbled upon FurnitureCart.com when researching prices against various store prices. I found the exact sectional we wanted for a couple hundred dollars less than the local big-name retailer...PLUS their delivery time was much sooner (3-4 weeks vs. 8-12 weeks). I then decided to take a chance on a dining table and the quality is very sturdy. I will definitely shop here again and again!
