We want you to feel as secure buying through as possible, therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order.

How Do I Place An Order?

Order on-line! - When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24/7/365. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. More Payment Information.

E-Mail Your Order! - Send us an e-mail with detailed information on what products you would like to purchase, and we will create an order for you with the best suiting coupons and discounts applied. Don't forget to include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one), as well as Shipping and Billing address. Our Customer Services representative will follow up with you next business day for payment information.

Mail-In Your Order! - Paying by Check or Money Order, not a problem. Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders - Please print your shopping cart and send it with your payment to:

Upon receiving, we will process your order and our Customer Service Representative will contact you to finalize your order.
Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.

Order Confirmation

When purchasing on-line, after your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" e-mail to the e-mail address you entered during checkout. Order Confirmation will contain your Order Number. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" e-mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please login into your account and print a receipt for the order.

Product Availability

Based on Geographical Location of our Warehouse/Distribution Center, and the fact that orders are fulfilled from Warehouses located in different parts of continental US, some of the items may not be available in selected Zip Codes. Shipping time-frame and/or product availability reflects East Coast, Central US stock status only. To check status of a product for West Coast Warehouse/Distribution Center, please e-mail our customer service department.

Sales Tax

One of the best things about buying through Furniture Cart is that we do not have to charge Sales Tax.
